The support will include, but will not be limited to:
• Planning and estimating large scale CC&B projects.
• Advising sales and delivery teams on functionality, and be
able to offer advice on key project functional and technical
decisions, either at the proposal or implementation stages.
• Support design and configuration of system and enhancements.
• Conducting Quality Assurance reviews.
In addition to this project support we provide Oracle CC&B and MDM
delivery Expertise. We play a key role in identifying and developing
Oracle CC&B-related assets, to strengthen your business. At Euro
Consulting EMEA we are the only consultancy services organization
who have over 7 years solid CC&B delivery expertise. Our CC&B
competence centre is the largest in Europe providing some the best-

model or a combination of both to help reduce costs. At our
competence centre we can deliver a combined model for CC&B
delivery, our CC&B consultants work on-site, in coordination with
the off-site CC&B developers based out of our Edinburgh offices.
C&B Implementation Services - From business process analysis and optimisation, through
CC&B solution design, development, testing, deployment and achievement analysis. We
only deploy CC&B with proven best practices for CC&B Development. All our consultants
are CC&B certified with global experience.
CC&B Solution Support - Support for your CC&B Solution is provided by our support
centre based in both our Edinburgh and Netherlands offices. We are able to provide 24/7
support for your chosen EAM Solution.
CC&B Training Services - Our CC&B training centre for our customers is one of our
responsibilities as the centre of competence for CC&B and Lodestar. We run end-user
advance/ standard CC&B courses as well as world-class technical courses to assist with
your own internal CC&B criteria. Courses can be delivered in English or Dutch either On-
Site or at your chosen location.

CC&B Solution Design - Our CC&B Project Managers and business analysts work with your
team to analyse the business requirements, understand your business criteria to enable
and develop your CC&B platform in the best possible way following CC&B best practice
processes and methodology, identifying the exact requirements for CC&B configuration
and configuration.
CC&B Customisation - At Euro Consulting EMEA we are proud to employ some of the
