A survey by disability charity Livability found that:
- Nine out of 10 disabled young people have never heard of individual budgets.
- 54% of those surveyed do not know which local authorities provide their services.
- The findings likely raise concerns as individual budgets are being promoted by the government to give more control over care to disabled people.
