Can be as simple or complicated as needed.2) with forms function can complile data in a report vs. pulling information manually from individiual paper applications.3) Can ensure that application is filled out completly by requiring questions to be answered and application can not be submitted if it is incomplete.4) Easy to review and group applicants by complete, incomplete and pending.5) Personal and business information filled in once and not asked for on various pieces of paper and year after year.
