PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) teaches students important life skills through a wholesome approach. It instructs students on healthy eating habits, physical activity, safety, and responsible decision making. Regular exercise through PDHPE can improve students' physical and mental health by strengthening bones, reducing obesity, improving motor skills and fitness, lowering stress, and encouraging physical activity. It also helps develop teamwork, communication, and social skills by engaging students in sports and cooperative activities. Students learn healthier food choices and personal safety.
