Ýlk çalýþtýrmadan Çýkýþ Flanþý (Discharge flange) önce pompa çýkýþ borusundan içeriye Çýkýþ Borusu (Discharge pipe) bir miktar su dökülmesi statik su seviyesinin üzerinde bulunan yataklarýn kuru çalýþma sonucu aþýnmalarýný önler. Salmastra Baskýsý (Packing gland) Salmastra Kutusu (Stuffing box) 2200 d/d'dan yüksek devirli Salmastra (Packing) pompalarda iki yatak arasýndaki Salmastra Kutusu Yataðý (Stuffing box bearing) mesafe 1,5 metre, 2200 d/d'dan düþük Kolon Borusu Flanþý (Column pipe flange) devirli pompalarda 3 metredir. Pompa Kolon Borusu (Column pipe) milinin yataklamalarýnda kauçuk ve Kolon Borusu Manþonu (Column pipe coupling) bronz beraber kullanýlmaktadýr. Yatak Tutucu (Line shaft bearing retainer) Böylelikle aþýnmaya karþý daha Kauçuk Yatak (Line shaft rubber bearing) dayanýklý bir yapý elde edilmiþtir. Ara Mili (Line shaft) Ara Mili Manþonu (Line shaft coupling) Su ile yaðlamalý dik milli pompalarýn Çýkýþ Haznesi Yatak Baþlýðý (Disharge case cap) statik su seviyesinin yakýn olduðu Çýkýþ Haznesi (Discarge case) yerlerde kullanýlmasý idealdir. Pompa Mili (Pump shaft) Çýkýþ Haznesi Yataðý (Discharge case bearing) Vansan water lubricated pumps are lubricated by fluid being pumped, thus Ara Çanak (Intermediate bowl) eliminating a separate lubrication Çark (Impeller) system. Pre-start lubrication water Ara Çanak Bronz Yatak (Intermediate bowl bronze bearing) may be introduced from the surface Ara Çanak Lastik Yatak (Intermediate bowl rubber bearing) through an inlet in discharge. Çark Tespit Burcu (Impeller lock collet) At point of bearing contact, line shaft is hard chrome plated. At speeds above 2200 rpm, bearings are spaced at 5 Emiþ Haznesi Yataðý (Suction case bearing) feet; below 2200 rpm, at 10 feet. Threaded bronze Ara Çanak (Intermediate bowl) bearings are spaced every 5 feet. The Çark (Impeller) shafting is carefully manufactured and Ara Çanak Bronz Yatak (Intermediate bowl bronze bearing) held to close tolerances. Rubber Ara Çanak Lastik Yatak (Intermediate bowl rubber bearing) spiders center the shaft and tube in the Çark Tespit Burcu (Impeller lock collet) column pipe at regular intervals. A by-pass port and water slinger are provided in the discharge case of the bowl assembly. This arrangement by passes the water under pressures moving up the pump shaft and Emiþ Haznesi Yataðý (Suction case bearing) eliminates the need for a packing box Emiþ Haznesi (Suction case) or mechanical seal at the surface. Süzgeç (Strainer) A sight feed oil drip lubricator allows visual inspection and adjustment by the operator.
