OSM2Go is a mobile mapping application for Internet tablets like the Nokia N810 that allows users to edit OpenStreetMap data directly on their tablet. It utilizes the tablet's GPS, WiFi, and touch screen to intuitively edit and upload map data to OpenStreetMap. By bringing mapping capabilities directly to mobile devices, OSM2Go represents the next stage in crowdsourced mapping and the shift to collaborative "Mapping 3.0".
