Samved Humiphos
Importance of Phosphate Phosphate is one of the major nutrients. Phosphate is also a major part of nucleic acids and is an energy source of the crop. Root growth, yield of the crop and absorption of K, Mn and N in balanced form depend on the proper absorption of P. Today this need is fulfilled by using super phosphate and di-ammonium phosphate
Today’s Problem The water soluble phosphate added in the soils which are calcareous, heavy or rich in lime, becomes immediately unavailable. On one hand soils become phosphate banks due to this unavailable phosphate and on the other hand crop suffers from deficiency of phosphate Unfortunately water soluble part of these phosphatic fertilisers is converted into unavail-able form as soon as it comes in contact with Fe, Al, or Ca, Mg salts in the soil.
Samved Humiphos ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
The Advantages Samved Humiphos is total substitute for any chemical phosphate fertilizer. Phosphate fixation is avoided. On an average 90% phosphate becomes available to the crop % of fixation of phosphate in different crops FP : % Fixation of P2O5 UP in Kg : Unutilised P2O5 in Kg WM in Rs. : Wasted money in Rs. The Advantages Onion : Fate Of Available P2O5 In Soil In Different Treatments % of available P in soil at harvesting time was very much lower in Samved Humiphos than that of at the time of bulb formation i.e. at the end of 45 days, which gave comparatively better yield in Samved Humiphos treatment
The Advantages Soyabean : Fate Of Available P2O5 In Soil In Different Treatments % Available P in soil was more by 24 % and 28 % respectively in SSP & DAP treatments as against in Samved Humiphos treatments in soybean at the time of harvesting.
The Advantages Profused growth of white roots is obtained because of properly available P in Samved Humiphos. These white roots are able to absorb nutrients in balanced form. The crop becomes resistant to pest and disease attack. The fruit and flower dropping is arrested. The humus part of this Samved Humiphos makes the soil more porous, rich in microbes and earthworms. It is also observed that continuous use of Samved Humiphos helped in making available the previously fixed phosphate. In turn the soil is improved.
The Advantages Yield In Different Crops In Different Treatments
The Advantages Ultimately there is nearly 20 to 25% increase in the yield as compared to non-treated crop
The Advantages + : More % in VPComp than SSP & DAP, - : Less % in VPComp than SSP & DAP STATUS OF PHOSPHATE AVAILABILITY IN SOIL IN VPCOMP TREATMENT AS COMPARED TO SSP & DAP As given in table it must be noted that FYM was added on 15 tons / he basis in case of Spinach, Soybean and Onion. In case of cabbage 30 tons FYM was added for a hectare. In this case rate of fixation of P2O5 is reduced considerably. Otherwise as in case of onion, spinach and soybean the rate of fixation of P2O5 is tremendous. However, a marginal farmer just can't use such a huge quantity of FYM as in cabbage case CROP % Av. The Advantages Faults in fruit formation such as mummification in grapes are avoided. Size enlargement and uniform ripening of bunches of grapes, banana, etc. are facilitated. Many farmers could achieve early maturity and ripening of fruits like mango, sapota, custard apple, etc. Hence the farmers are able to send the fruits to the market early. Use of SAMVED ULTRAK increases the fertilizer use efficiency of the crop hence there is significant reduction in the use of potash fertilizers

Today’s Problem It is observed that in spite of abundant availability of silica in the soil, plants are not somehow able to absorb silica easily from the soil.
[object Object],[object Object],Sanjeevan Way
The Advantages Uptake of silica increases nearly by 25% in wheat Due to more silica uptake tillering is improved nearly by 40% in Paddy, sugarcane and wheat. The greenness, roughness and area of leaf blades are improved in these crops so that the photosynthesis is improved. The Advantages The roughness distracts the fungus and insects in tomato, onion, paddy, cucumber, cucurbita, and bringle. The infection is reduced nearly by 60 to 65 % The crops like capsicum, sugarcane, could sustain the stress of the water shortage than the non-treated crop for at least 20 to 21 days. The strength of stalks of paddy, onion, and wheat is improved so that there is minimum lodging of the crop. The dropping of the seeds is avoided due to lodging or drooping of the weak stalks.
Effect of Samved Ultra-SIL on the Wheat All the factors discussed above result into increase in the yield of the wheat is increased significantly Samved Ultrasil. : Herbal extract for silica extraction from soil. Samved Ultra CO 2
Importance Carbon is the basic building block of all living and non living things in nature. Plants take up carbon as CO2 during photosynthesis, They prepare their food. After death / harvesting carbon is used as food for other living beings. Hence from smallest possible bacteria to biggest vegetarian and non vegetarian animals depend directly / indirectly on CO2 absorbed by plants during photosynthesis. Hence C as CO2 is more important nutrient in the plant’s life cycle.
Today’s Problem ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
Sanjeevan Way ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
The Advantages Proper circulation of sap juice and food produced in plant Balances C:N ratio of plant in such a way that extra nitrogen uptake is avoided Maturity is attained earlier and size increases significantly. Samved Ultra CO2 stimulates the energy for proper respiration and photosynthesis. This induces – Enzyme secretion required for reproduction and metabolism

Samved AMRUTA
Vasumitra System of Composting Vasu means Prithvi or earth and Mitra means friend . Vasumitra means “friend of earth” or “sun” . Solar energy stored in herbs is utilized for composting. This humus rich compost is friendly to the earth for its better nourishment. Hence the name ‘ Vasumitra ’ .
Concept of Composting When any biodegradable material starts decomposing, many kinds of bacteria, fungi are developed naturally. There is an interlinking chain of microbes, which are developed step by step. They use organic carbon for their growth, multiply and in turn organic carbon in proteins, cellulose, hemicelluloses, lignin is reduced due to their enzymatic secretions. In a broad sense this process is called as composting. The stable product obtained after completion of composting is Humus.
Today’s Problem Humus is the soul of soil. Humus can be obtained using vermiculture, compost culture, etc. It is known that good humus rich compost can be obtained using earthworms within 45 days or within 3 – 4 months by using compost culture. Although vermicomposting is an efficient method of composting, it is labour and capital intensive. Composting done using compost culture is not that efficient. If specially prepared composting microbial culture is added, they compete with native flora in the waste for survival. Both of them loose energy during competition and composting is not done efficiently. Besides, to maintain the efficiency of composting microbial culture, one has to provide congenial conditions for their survival
Vasumitra system on the Basis of Sanjeevan System Sanjeevan system, believes in increasing the efficiency of native flora. Their efficiency can be increased by managing their energy of self-nutrition, so that they will utilize efficiently their favourite group of organic matter such as cellulose, lignin or proteins. Simultaneously if their energy of self-protection is enhanced, they can survive in inadequate conditions such as excess or loss of moisture, temperature and high or low pH. On basis of Sanjeevan system, Vasumitra system was developed. In this system the Samved Amruta is prepared from the herbal extracts.
Advantages of Vasumitra composting system Composting is completed within 30 to 45 days as compared to 3 to 4 months taken by routine systems. Implementation of ystem requires minimum space as Samved Amruta can be sprayed on the large heaps of organic waste. Does not require prior segregation for disposing off city waste. Hence composting is completed without separating non-biodegradable materials such as glass, ceramic, rubber, plastic, etc. Afterwards this material can be separated by sieving. Spray of Samved Amruta increases the temperature of the heap to 65 to 70oC. At this temperature all pathogens, eggs of maggots, etc are killed. Hence there are no flies, mosquitoes and there are no leachates.
The Advantages The increase in temperature is advantageous in case of sugar factory waste to accommodate 1.5 times more spentwash in pressmud cake and solves the problem of disposing off the extra quantity of spent wash. It is also useful to the farmers for in-situ composting. The agricultural waste such as sugarcane trash, weeds, banana waste, etc. can be decomposed in the farm itself. It helps to save the cost of labour. The ‘in situ’ composting is also advantageous to increase the bacterial as well as earthworm population in the soil. Vasumitra composting system is very much flexible, so that it can handle smaller as well as larger quantity of the waste.
The Advantages Samved Amruta is useful in increasing the efficiency of aerobes as well as anaerobes. Hence it can be useful in many methane generation gas plants using various kinds of material such as wood pulp, molasses or kitchen waste or poultry waste. It is experienced that as efficiency of methanogenic bacteria is increased, generation of methane gas is increased by 12 to 15% . In case of methanisation of spent wash, not only the more quantity of gas is generated but, C.O.D. or chemical oxygen demand and B.O.D. or biological oxygen demand of out coming slurry is also reduced and it can be reused for irrigation. The efficiency of units generating power using such kind of biogas systems is also more where Samved Amruta is used

  • 12.
  • 15. The Advantages Soyabean : Fate Of Available P2O5 In Soil In Different Treatments % Available P in soil was more by 24 % and 28 % respectively in SSP & DAP treatments as against in Samved Humiphos treatments in soybean at the time of harvesting.
  • 17. The Advantages Yield In Different Crops In Different Treatments
  • 18. The Advantages Ultimately there is nearly 20 to 25% increase in the yield as compared to non-treated crop

  • 36. Samved Ultra CO 2
  • 38.
  • 39.
