“(…) STOMP não tem definição- todos podem entender. A
           banda tem pouca ou nenhuma melodia no sentido
  tradicional, por isso não importa se o gosto musical é jazz,
dança, clássica ou pop. STOMP é uma espécie de ritmo, o que
                                é comum a todas as culturas.”
Quem são?
• Grupode repercussão rock que também utiliza a dança e
a dramatização.


• São oriundos do Reino Unido e usam o corpo e objetos
do dia-a-dia para produzir as suas performances.


• Surgiram na banda The Yes/No People, onde eram
conhecidos por Mr. Johnson e Some Things Are True na
compilação Giant.
Objetos Utilizados
• Bolas de Basquetebol;
• Tampas e caixotes do lixo;
• Vassouras;
• Panelas e tachos;
• Sinais de Trânsito;
• Radiadores;
• Jantes;
• Caixas;
• etc.

Conclusão
Através da realização deste trabalho podemos concluir que:


• Existem diversos estilos de música;


• A música não tem de ser necessariamente produzida a partir de
instrumentos musicais;


• Existem artistas que produzem música através do próprio corpo e de
objetos que utilizamos no nosso dia-a-dia;


• Para produzir música basta deixar a imaginação fluir.
