online?
youtube at my dads is being slower than ever. where can i listen to music online for free
besides youtube?
its ridiculous its honestly taking longer than 20 minutes to load songs that have less than far
less than a million views.
i would like something where i can type in a song and can listen. if you can help me i would be
SO grateful.
i like mostly rock, punk rock, heavy metal and indie/ alternative.

What is the best place to listen to music on the internet?
Im looking for a web site like last.fm or yahoo radio where you could listen to music online for
free and you could rate songs/artists and you would get suggestions based on what you listen
to.
Youtube doesn’t count, its not designed for this and it takes up too much bandwidth if you
want to listen in high quality.

8tracks is pretty good, you just search for a keyword and heaps of playlists come up, it’s a
great way to discover new music.
Grooveshark is basically like itunes except it’s on the internet and free, you make an account
then make playlists of all your favourite songs.
Then there’s pandora, which I don’t use personally cos it’s only for the US, but it is similar to
the ones you suggested.
Then there’s deezer which is quite similar to grooveshark.
Imeem is apparently pretty good, but again I don’t really use it.
Musicovery – you just choose your mood and you get a whole heap of songs
jango is another radio type site.

Where can I listen to all Mozart music online free?
When doing household chores I would love to listen to Mozart music online but cannot pay for
it. Another problem is they usually offer single works but I need something that goes on for
hours (it is hopeless to try to clean the house having to run to PC every 4-6 minutes to start a
new music). Does someone know about such a site?

Spotify. The tracks don’t go on for hours but you can just let it play through all the tracks and
you don’t need to go back to it. If you haven’t got spotify you’ll love it. Just download the free
version.

How do I listen to music, but keep my laptop on some sort of
power saver or hibernation type thing ?
I want to listen to music online, but I want to put my laptop on power saver as well… I tried
using hibernation and sleep and i tried to close lid of the laptop, but all of that stops the music.
Is there something I can put it on, to make the screen black/idle with a power saver and still
listen to my music?

Go to settings/power and set the screen to go off when you close the lid
