At the event – who did what? 
After the event – who did what? 
The day of the event
Interviews – how and who? 
Film/video 
Hashtags and comments on social 
media
Did everything go according to plan? 
 Because we resorted to our Plan B, things did not go according to plan until 
we took the train over to central London and planned our tasks. 
 In the end, we got everything we needed and our coverage did go according 
to our new plan.
What worked well? 
 We were familiar with the tools we used 
 We arrived early to the event 
 Able to find most of the information online 
 We got a diverse range of interviews 
 Iris was in a good position to get photos and videos
What was difficult 
 It was really crowded, so it was hard to move around 
 Limited time to plan for Plan B 
 People didn’t want to be interviewed/photographed 
 Doing different angles for photos and videos
Improvements 
 Arrived earlier for even better positioning for Mary and Brianna 
 More interviews 
 More planning/research
What did we learn? 
 Always have a plan B that you are prepared to do 
 Find a good angle that will show on the website 
 Be confident while conducting interviews
What skills do we need? 
 Know how to put up a good website 
 Know how to use different tools 
 Don’t be afraid of doing interviews
