- Explain more complex means of measuring citation than just counting numbers:both different ways of looking at consistency – obv penalises newer researchersThat is why citation report for journal in a specific year is good so you can compare like with likeBoth indexes and others calculable using Google Scholar data via ‘Publish or Perish’ software – free to download. Search for any name and select a subset of publications.
