2. Friday July 13th 2007:
• Friday July 13th 2007:
• Journal!! Today is spencer’s Friday night sleepover. We have just
finished 7th grade! Something has been bothering me journal Alison
and Spencer have been fighting way too much. I don’t know what has
gotten in between them.
• Here I am at Spencer’s sleepover. Ali and Spencer got into another
fight and about the weirdest thing ever. Curtains. They should feel so
ashamed.
• Of course spencer had gotten all mean. I am pretty sure Ali brings
out her mean side. Spencer just told Ali to leave and go home. When
Ali left that was the last time we saw her.
3. Monday September 1st,
• Journal... Today is the first year of Junior year. It has been over 3
years since Ali has gone missing. Spencer, Emily, and I have grown
apart from each other, and Aria has moved to Iceland. Now I have new
besties. Mona. 3 years ago she was a razor scooter-loving freak and I
was all fat. Now we are the most popular girls at Rosewood high. I am
on my way to school now journal, and look who I just saw. One of my
ex-bffs back from Iceland. Everything is about to change.
4. Tuesday 2nd August.
• Journal... It was an awkward day at Rosewood. It was so strange seeing
all my friends. At least my boyfriend Sean is caring for me. I got this
really strange text message from this unknown number today. I just
got arrested today. After school Mona and I went shopping at tiffany’s
and we shoplifted some bracelets. When the police car took me to the
holding room I got a message that read... Hanna, You do know jail
food makes you fat. I wonder what sean would say! -A. So after I got
that message from A, I thought that Alison was alive.
5. Wednesday 3rd August.
• Journal, The weirdest thing happened. Our AP english teacher Mr. Fritz
saw Aria today and He went silent. I swear I think Aria slept with him :)
But then the reason that he went silent was that a bee had flown down
his pants and he was afraid that is was going to sting him. But I really
do think now that Mr. Fritz is a wimp.
6. Friday 5th
• Today is Noel’s party. I cant wait to go with my boyfriend Sean. This
party is supposed to be the best party of the year. The party is still
going but Mona and I bolted. The party was kind of lame this year. I
think the reason was that sean broke up with me. No one is going to
know that. He gave me his keys to his cars so Mona and I took it to a
spin along with a nice bottle of vodka. I drove the car into a light post.
Mona and I left the scene. A day later the police took me in again.
Probably because I left the scene and was drunk. Luckily Sean’s dad
didn’t press charges. Instead I will spend 2 weeks after school in the
burn clinic because Sean’s dad is a plastic surgeon
7. • Today after school my mom got a phone call saying that I needed to
get over Maya’s house. I got there. Police. Ambulance. News reporters.
Were all out side Ali’s old house. My old friends were there too. I
wondered what was going on, Maya rushed over to me. She sent her
regards. I wondered what for. It turns out that when the workers were
digging to lay the new tennis court they discovered her body.
8. After the Book ends
• The memorial service was today. It was sad to visit. It actually turns
out that all my friends had the letter sent too. I don’t really
understand why. But I have a feeling that I am about too.
