1. One section shall be assigned for each week (see schedule below).
2. Three teams shall be assigned per day:
a) 'l-eam A
- for the morning recess (9:10 - 9:30 AM)
b) Team B - for the lunch break (11:1O- L2:00/ 12:00 12:50 pM)
c) Team C - for the afternoon recess (2:30- 2:50 pM)
d) Team D- for the second lunch break every Friday
3. Teams shall consist of at least 2 members
4. Output expected from each team:
{1} A minimum of three photos (with captions) taken during the schedule.assigned showing the
segregation scheme being practiced by the students (preferably from other sections or year
levels).
(2) At least one photo which includes the team members during the monitoring schedule.
(3) CERTIFICATION & TEAM REPORT: Photocopy and fill out blank forrn on the next page.
5. Deadline for submission:
