4. Media Kit - Building a Case for Your Show
Now that you have your show branding all set and ready to go, you need
to build a compelling case for advertisers in the form of a media kit that
reflects your brand and includes the following:
• Introduction (describe yourself & your expertise)
• Your show (i.e. what’s it about, when is it?)
• Your audience (i.e. age, gender, location, income)
• Show stats (i.e. listeners, visitors)
• Online media reach (i.e. Klout, followers, fans, etc.)
• Awards, press mentions, testimonials
• Advertising Opps (i.e. banner, audio ads, etc.)
• Pricing/Payment
