3.  Sir Ken Robinson, PhD, in particular, is one of
the foremost experts on the arts, creativity, and
innovation in education today. He rose to
prominence in 1998 while working for the UK
government after publishing a report on his
research on creativity, culture, and education
in UK schools (aka the Robinson Report), which
sounded an alarm about the continuation of
19th century educational practices. His 2006
presentation on the arts and creativity in
schools is the most watched TED Talk of all time,
at over 28 million views, making him a
household name and a globally recognized
authority on school reform.
