7. Educator Preparation & Development Furr has not made significant improvement in this category from 2005 -2008. They need to offer and encourage technology professional development among their teachers.

8. Leadership, Administration, & Instructional Support In this category, Furrimproved from 2005 to 2006, but by 2008 had slipped back to developing. Main areas for concern were planning, budgeting, and leadership and support for online training Focus on planning and budgeting as the backbone to the success of implementing the technology.

9. Infrastructure for Technology During the 2005 - 2007, they were able to reduce the amount of amount of students per computer Did not reduce the number during 2007-2008.
