1. The magazine was called Skins this
magazine is about being confinable
in your own skin. The T-shirt this
model is bright this represents the
good feeling around the model. The
magazine is about being who you are
on not pretending to be anyone else. I
used this background because its set
in a natural setting and this shows
the model is being himself. The
model is making direct address with
the audience this is important
because you need the audience to be
able to relate with the model. The
This magazine is aimed at a teenage
audience between the ages of 16 -19
and I needed a model that would
represent someone of there age
group. The location for this shoot
was Sankey Valley this place offers
many different elements of nature.
The location was chosen by me
because it gives the audience the
feeling for the feeling of being
yourself.
2. This image is about a new
year a new year new you. In
this image it shows this model
is thinking about his problems
and the things he needs to
change about himself. This
image has a great depth of
feel to it , this is good because
it allows you to se what's
behind the model and feel
like you are stood in front of
the model. This picture will
also be part of a magazine
called skins this , also has
some relation to the theme of
a “new year a new you”. My
magazine “skins is about
being yourself and not being
anyone else and being
comfortable with who you are.

parting. This also has a
relation to the title of the
magazine “skin” because it
all about being who you are
and enjoying yourself and
doing what you want to do.
The model in this magazine
is aged 18 this is relevant
because it reaches out to the
target audience who are of
the same age group to the
audience. This white wall is
used because it helps to
express the green she is
wearing and makes the
image seem more lively and
more of a party style.
4. The theme for this magazine was high street
fashion. This is relevant because you can see
the clothes she is wearing are casual. The
high street fashion is usually not designer
clothing , its clothing from the high street
store. As you can see the model is not
wearing a lot of makeup this key because I
want the model to look like she is just going
shopping and not getting dressed in
expensive clothing.
The white background helps the audience to
focus on the model because your eyes are
drawn to the colour on the page. The model is
a young adult aged 18 this means people who
are younger will look up to her , but also they
would replicate the clothing she is wearing
and also what she acts like
5. I wanted this picture because thought it had
a great depth of feel. The background is
clear this is good because you feel like you
are with the model in the picture. This
picture feels very real and like you are in the
outdoors. Also the model is making direct

model is stood helps the audience to
understand the fashion element of the
picture is key because the audience need
to know the picture is part of a fashion

mirror each other , this is good

The theme is outdoors this is
expressed by the model wearing
old clothes shows the model is
going on some kind of outdooring
experience. I decided the title
should be “Open air” because the
theme is the outdoors.

you would expect someone who Is

12. This is the final page of my fashion
shoot. Its important to make the eye
contact with audience because they
want to know who the model is. I
turned down the contrast on this
image because I wanted to highlight
the fact that the sun was going down.
This top is golden and I wanted it to
match the sun going down. This is
important because I want the theme
nature to match the background and
all the elements within the photo. The
writing at the bottom of the page is in
size 10pt , this gives the audience the
chance to see prices and where the
clothes are available from.
