Analiza powstała w oparciu o dane pochodzące z monitoringu Internetu i obejmującego treści zamieszczone w dniach od 1 do 31 stycznia 2012. Analiza.
8 020 treści związanych z frazą EURO 2012  zamieszczonych w ciągu miesiąca stycznia. Informacja ukazała się na 4 379 profilach w mediach społecznosciowych. Łączny zasięg tych profili to  1 278 628 osób. Najważniejsze fakty.
Liczba treści w podziale na dni Temat związany z EURO 2012  w ciągu miesiąca stopniowo budziły coraz większe zainteresowanie. Nie osiąga to jednak tak rekordowych poziomów jak np. temat ACTA
Udział typów mediów we wszystkich wypowiedziach  Ponad 75% treści jest zamieszczonych na Facebooku i mikroblogach.

Sentyment treści - struktura Najwięcej treści było neutralnych. Były to głównie informacje związane z samą organizacją turnieju. Wśród treści o zabarwieniu emocjonalnym przeważały treści z negatywnym kontekstem – było ich 4 razy więcej niż pozytywnych.
