    Monthly performance reporting on servers and network
    Software cataloguing and automatic upgrades
    Microsoft Patch Management
    Discounted call outs and travel
    Discounted emergency response
    Guaranteed response times for Level Critical escalation
    Access to after hours support and weekend support

Managed Service Agreements : Gold Model

   12 Month Contract
   Onsite Support not included
   Unlimited remote support for Servers, PC’s , laptops and printers .
   Guaranteed response times - 1 Hour response for critical Level 1 escalations
   After hours and Weekend support
   Daily remediation and preventative maintenance , daily monitoring , MS patch management for all
    hardware
   Software cataloguing and automatic upgrades
   Daily Virus definition updates , monitoring and alerting
   Installation , management and monthly reporting of Net Assure , Internet productivity and security
    system
   No Emergency Response Fee , Discounted call out fee , Onsite support charged at 15 min increments
   Bi Monthly on site visit to review infrastructure and ensure correct processes are established
   Allocation of 1 hour per month for consulting purposes
   Monthly performance reporting on servers and network
   Quarterly meeting to discuss overall IT performance
   Fixed monthly cost , with onsite charges “pay as you go”

     12 Month Contract
     Unlimited onsite support
     Unlimited remote support for Servers, PC’s , laptops and printers .
     All Workshop Support included
     Guaranteed response times - 1 Hour response for critical Level 1 escalations
     After hours and weekend support
     Daily remediation and preventative maintenance , daily monitoring , MS patch management for all
      hardware
     Software cataloguing and automatic upgrades
     Daily Virus definition updates , monitoring and alerting
