Assemble Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 tsp. baking powder

2 TBSP. lemon juice

1 TBSP. sugar

Mix Well

No clumps aloud!

Pour Onto Heated Griddle

¼ cup batter.

Wait

Read the syrup bottle.

6. +
Flip

Only when you see bubbles.

7. +
Continue Cooking

Both sides should be golden brown.

(More golden brown than this.)

Add Toppings

Butter, syrup, berries, etc.

9. +
Eat Until Satisfied!
