Introduction Purpose & Scope User Experience Team @ Fulcrum was approached by Fulcrum Worldwide (Fulcrum) to perform Usability Review of the Corporate Website for Fulcrum i.e. www.fulcrumww.com We initiated this document after a couple of interactions with the Fulcrum Higher Management Team. We present our findings, problems and recommendations in this report. Fulcrum to review the report and Identify the specific points and changes to be included.

7. Introduction Usability Review Disclaimer Usability review is based on usability best practices, open domain research and the Usability experts’ prior experience. The evaluation exercise depends upon information gathered through interactions. However, there was no direct interaction with the end users before this evaluation. Nor were there any stakeholder interactions that would form the base for the team’s understanding of business, product, technology, customer and user perspectives. This limits fidelity of findings and recommendations. It is recommended to follow the UCD (User Centered Design) processes to yield higher fidelity of recommendations. Also, since the efforts and time expended in this research are minimal, the coverage and the depth of the findings are at fairly high level.
