Michelle Bussa is a sophomore at Grand Valley State University who has always wanted to be a teacher since she was a child. She has experience working with children through roles like being a Sunday school teacher and a nanny. During a mission trip to a Florida Head Start program, she felt passionate about working with difficult children from broken homes. A young boy asking if he could call her "Mommy" confirmed that she wants to spend her career teaching and impacting children's lives. Her dream is to teach in an inner city school or Head Start to help children who need a positive role model.
