3. • Battery chickens are chickens that are kept in a cage
in very poor conditions . The battery chickens can
carry diseases from there bad health. The female
chicks are forced to get there beaks sliced through a
hot iron and is very painful, the male chickens are
gassed up or ground up because there factory
doesn't need them anymore. Battery chickens live in
cages and the cages are smaller than A4 piece of
paper and are left up to stay with 4 other chickens.
The factories that have battery chickens don’t care
about the chickens they just want to be rich because
with the free range eggs the sell they get to keep the
money and is very pricey the free range eggs.

5. • I think that if we banned factories with
battery chickens all the bad news about
battery chickens will be fixed. But with the
free ranged eggs that we people buy the
people who want to breed chickens to lay
eggs they can sell it and make money from
the free ranged eggs.

they have to live in very poor conditions and
are left to die in a very small cage with 4
other chickens. This also effects they
factories that have battery chickens because
they gas up male or burry them up and this
causes big damage to battery chickens.
