The document discusses Catalyse, an approach and tool for territorial intelligence governance. Catalyse is an informatics platform that brings together actors to lead territorial projects through combining scientific tools to produce and share information. Researchers worked with computer engineers and actors to develop Catalyse in a collaborative way focused on communication, pedagogy, and usability. Three steps of modeling were used to refine Catalyse's tools to better support collaboration and describe territorial intelligence projects. The latest version of Catalyse tools aims to manage all aspects of a project while being accessible across devices.
