Lesson Objectives:

   -   The students will be able to recognize thematic vocabulary.
   -   The students will be able to apply vocabulary related to the places in a city.
   -   The students will be able to produce thematic vocabulary.


The teacher shows a video, students repeat the vocabulary with the correct
pronunciation. Then the teacher explains the activity.

Lesson Objectives:

   -    The students will be able to explain which is the use of this vocabulary.

According to the vocabulary from the activity 1, the students have to answer orally
the corresponding word with each use.

The teacher will show the next words and phrases and then he will ask for each
word: what thing is good for?



         Pills              books
    Some bread              doctor
        money                food
movies and popcorn          clothes
       policeman            stamps

                                     Italy

                                     San Lorenzo marketing in Florence is famous for leather
                                     purses, wallets and gloves. There are a lots of cafés – after a
                                     morning of shopping, enjoy a coffee in the historic city centre.




                                     Japan

                                     You need all day to shop at Takashimaya Times Square,
                                     located in the Shinjuku section of Tokyo. At this department
                                     store, there are boutiques with designer clothing, gifts, and
                                     house wares. There is also an art gallery and a travel agency.
