The last but definitely not the least place to drop by while on your road trip is
Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Uluru and the almost identical colored Kata
Tjuta rock formations are truly a sight to behold as they are abundant with
ancient petroglyphs, local watering holes and regional wildlife. It is an amazing
experience to watch the colours change at sunrise and sunset and no visit to the
red centre of Australia would be complete with coming to Uluru. The
accommodation is limited in the park, but with your campervan hire, you won't
