morning: lectures at a local
university: “Brazilian Aviation: a
potential market and its bottle
necks” / “New times on Civil
Aviation”
afternoon: São Paulo historical
downtown walking tour. Get to
know how Brazil’s largest city has
developed over the past 4
hundred years
evening: night-out at Skye Bar,
one of the most fabulous views
of São Paulo’s Skyline!
3. Day 3 - Tuesday
morning: visit and presentation
at a Brazilian Airline
Headquarters
afternoon: lecture at an Aviation
Cabin Crew Training school in São
Paulo: “Aviation Labor Market,
qualification and motivation to
face challenges”
evening: night-out at a Samba
bar with live music
4. Day 4 - Wednesday
morning : Technical visit to an
Aviation Services provider such
as fuelling, catering,
maintenance, loading, etc.
afternoon: Pic-nic at Ibirapuera
Park and time-off to enjoy the
“Brazilian Central Park” or one of
its museums
evening: watch a soccer game at
a stadium
5. Day 5 - Thursday
morning: get to know the GRU
airport in a technical visit: Brazil’s
top 1 airport in number of
passangers
afternoon: transfer in a private
bus to São Jose dos Campos
evening: shopping time at
Collinas Mall
6. Day 6 - Friday
morning: visit to ITA: the
Technological Institute of
Aeronautics an higher education
institution with emphasis in
aerospace science and
technology run by the Brazilian
Air Force
afternoon: visit to a Brazlian
Aircraft manufacturer
evening: night out at São José
dos Campos
7. Day 7 - Saturday
morning: transfer in a private bus
to Rio de Janeiro
afternoon: hotel check-in/visit to
a Favela (slum). This is a walking
tour led by local tour guides. The
students will have the chance to
see how the locals live and
consume
evening: night out at Lapa one of
the most famous neighborhoods
in Rio
8. Day 8 - Sunday
morning: visit to Rio’s most
famous landmark: Christ the
Redeemer Statue
afternoon: visit to the art craft
market at Ipanema
evening: farewell dinner and
night-out at Rio Scenarium,
considered one of the top 10
bars in the world according to
“The Guardian”
9. Day 9 - Monday
morning: visit to IME, the
Military Institute of Engineering
a University maintened by the
Brazilian Army with Federal
suport. IME is the oldest and one
of the best ranked engineering
schools in Brazil.
afternoon: hotel check out and
transfer to Rio International
Airport
evening: flight back to your
home country! We will be
