Our design did even more than it set out to do.
• No
one looked for FAQ’s to answer any questions about
transactions or rewards or dates
• New
Users felt comfortable completing the sign up flow
without questions
• Users
could clearly see that making a referral, adding a card, or
taking a survey could earn them money
• Overall
positive impression of Big Data Co. is a company that
is honest, upfront and modern
