LEADING DER IN YOUR FACULTY Digital education-making change happen    Element 2: Enabling leadership     The leading school: uses collaborative teams to realise the clearly articulated shared vision for ICT in teaching, learning  diffuses leadership responsibilities, support roles and decision-making processes across the school and administration
LEADING DER IN YOUR FACULTY uses a comprehensive whole-school approach to extending learning with ICT with clear delegation of responsibility and accountability all members of the school community are     encouraged to lead in areas of interest or expertise     -explicit strategies are in place to foster,    share and support innovative practice within   the school  FACULTY
Vision of Quality Teaching                  and Learning with Laptops The Student …  There is a big difference between personal   use and professional   use of ICT.   We cannot assume students have mastery of ICT tools      needed for learning.
Vision of Quality Teaching and Learning with Laptops            The Student… Students do not morph into adult learners – it must be          articulated clearly what is required – how to behave and   how to study and ultimately how to move from teacher dependency. Learning experiences need to be created that assist the  student to move from a dependent learner to a self  directed learner.
