Hi I am Bonnie, I have just been promoted to line manager. Hi I am Mike, Bonnie’s Chief Operations Officer Hi I am  Ashley ! I work on a team with Bonnie and  Jeremy. Hi am Jeremy, I work on a team with Bonnie and  Ashley.
Bonnie  is  one o f Chat Communications Superstars. She  has won several awards for  telecommunication software  development.
Bonnie  also  has a BS in Information Technology. She holds several certificates in software programing and is really  exceptional in her field.
Bonnie ‘  skills , knowledge and  abilities are  the main reasons  she was promoted to line manager.
Bonnie reports to Mike  Chat Communication’s Chief Operations Officer
There is no denying that Bonnie has had a positive  impact at Chat Communication  but Bonnie is not fitting in to well.
Bonnie is a poor communicator and is alienation  many of  her peers  and employee's. I know that email a got didn't make much sense either. Ashley I can't believe Bonnie  talk to me that way!
She is aloft and  distant and her way of motivating performance is t simply dictate what will be done and expect compliance with her orders..
She has good ideas but has little ability to present them well or to work as part of a  team.
Mike is concerned about Bonnie, despite her obvious talents.
