He is very collaborative, creative, articulate and approachable. He knows the product in depth and has an outstanding analytical skills that allow him to address complex problems and issues effectively. He has a strong leadership and communication skills. Gerard Martir Senior Wireless Sales Engineer, Nortel (colleague) “ It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to recommend Michel Cazayoux. Throughout my different career progressions at Nortel, I have worked closely with Michel since 1998. I, like many others who’ve collaborated with Michel either through cross-functional projects or within the Nortel CDMA, 1xRTT, EVDO, and LTE communities, came to know and appreciate him.
