The data table above shows the differences in area (total, land, and water) for India, the United States, China, and Haiti. The data is percentage per country of all countries involved, as you can see from the data description to the far left of the table. This table helps us understand the land capacity of each country better since the numbers vary so prominently that we as students can understand the data and corresponding graph properly. The following slide compares the total, land, and water area percentages of each corresponding country.    Total Area (sq km) Land Area (sq km) Water Area (sq km) India 3,287,590.00 2,973,190.00 314,400.00 United States 9,826,630.00 9,161,923.00 664,707.00 China 9,596,960.00 9,326,410.00 270,550.00 Haiti 27,759.00 27,560.00 190.00

The graph above shows how each country uses its land. Arable land is land cultivated for crops like wheat, maize, and rice that are replanted after each harvest. Permanent land is land cultivated for crops like citrus, coffee, and rubber that are not replanted after each harvest (includes land under flowering shrubs, fruit trees, nut trees, and vines, but excludes land under trees grown for wood or timber). The other crops listed consists of any land not arable or under permanent crops; includes permanent meadows and pastures, forests and woodlands, built-on areas, roads, barren land, etc

It is interesting to see how in the United States, there are 3.95 million internet hosts, whereas in Haiti, there are only 7. This table is important in seeing how the 4 countries compare to each other in the somewhat overlooked category of communications per country. The following slide holds the corresponding graphs per category.
These percentage pie charts show the comparison of telephones, both mobile and main lines, and internet users and hosts. These graphs are important in showing us where each country falls per category. The data is relevant in understanding the users vs. population of each country. It is interesting to see how in the United States, there are 3.95 million internet hosts, whereas in Haiti, there are only 7. The graph above shows the comparison of roads (total, unpaved, paved) per country. By looking at this graph, you can see that the United States has the most of all three road-types out of the 4 countries. Also by looking at this graph, you can tell that Haiti has the least amount of roads out of all 4 countries due to the data labels, and you can’t even see the data for Haiti because it is so minute. The following slide shows the percentages of the 3 topics per country.    India United States China Haiti Total Roadways (km) 3383344 6430366 1870661 4160 Paved Roadways (km) 1603705 4165110 1515797 1011 Unpaved Roadways (km) 1779639 2265256 354864 3149
