22. HTML5 + SharePoint: Limitations
• The page won’t validate as proper HTML5
code. (SharePoint outputs content as XHTML
1.0 natively.)
• contenteditable not supported. (Editor)
• Ribbon positioning will fail.
• Out-of-the-box SharePoint master pages need
to be adjusted.
