4. Methodology Adopted – 3 Day, 3 Phase Event
Day 1 – 100 Candidates in Each of 7 categories Network,
exchange ideas, debate on topics and create an opinion
Day 2 – All Candidates compete for 15 positions that lead to the
final round.
Day 3 – 3 Winners out of final 15 will conduct research study as a
team collaboratively with a MNC for 1 Year.

5. 15 Candidates are to be selected among the 50 left participants. At Day 2, these
50 participants present their business plans for a unique product within 5 hours
of allocation of topic to help curb a problem in society. Their approach, insight,
effectiveness of solution and ability to connect to others are the criterion of
selection for the next round. Expert Judge panel from different MNC’s in every
category choose the final 15.
In each category,
candidates debate over a
given topic and present
their views. They are
rated according to the
content of their views,
leadership, participation.
Another sub event to
judge their influencing
ability on others is
conducted. Top 50
candidates among 100
make through this round.
6. At Day 3, the 15 candidates compete
for the final 3 winning positions. They
are rated based on 3 sub-events
comprising a presentation about 3
National Startups which they find most
scalable and socially beneficial, A
speech on what makes them unique
among the finalists and a presentation
on how they would want to uplift
education scenario in the country.
The EVENT was most widely
acclaimed for it provided every
individual, irrespective of his/her
previous record, a unique opportunity to
work with the most renowned names in
various diverse fields. Within 3 Days
span, one could have brought his/her
life on a perfect track of knowledge in
success in future. It also provided a
