The Importance of a Business Plan
For most people, coming up with an idea for a new business isn’t hard; and 12 months later that first wave
of inspiration can certainly seem like the easy part. In my opinion, the success of a new business really
depends on two things. The first is a business plan; the second is a reliable team.
We’ve all heard the expression: “it’s impossible to get to your destination if you don’t know where you’re
going”. Not everyone needs the same amount of detail on their map, but identifying short- and long-term
objectives will help you focus your energy and resources in the right direction.
