How is coaching different from counseling?Counseling centers on the client's past experiences and how they impact the client's current life. Coaching focuses what exists now, and moving forward in life-affirming ways. How is coaching different from friendship?Friends try to fix things, offering opinions and advice. Without realizing it, they come from a place of judgment, which is disempowering. Coaching creates a safe space for clients to explore who they are without anyone quot;

on them.<br />Coaching Service Options & Fees In office coaching: $75.00/per Month 3 to 6 month coaching commitment is recommended. All coaching includes the following: • 1 hour personal coaching session weekly or biweekly. • Periodic email support as needed between coaching sessions • Access to coaching resources and more. • Designed for busy youth and parents who want support via phone, face-to-face, or Skype. Visiting a residential facility coaching : <br />$50.00/per Month for session (telecasts or face-to-face) Group coaching consists of 4-10 members and covers a variety of topics. Group members agree to a 6-12 month commitment for optimal success.
