2. Initial idea:
My main idea would be a short film, possibly a music video
and slightly documentary that consists of various nature and
artistic clips. It would last approximately 3-5 minutes and
currently the song I wish to play behind the film is Keaton
Henson’s ‘Sweetheart, what have you done to us?”.
To make it interesting, I would create
time lapses, aspects of animation and
varieties of colour, projection and art to
keep the audience from being

lens for my camera to
capture sharp detail and
therefore make my film in
better quality.
I would create a poster
and review of my film
using images from the
clip and a short
analysis.
3. Idea 2
For my third idea, I would create an
animated film, film magazine review
page and poster for the film.
I would use my Canon 1100D to create an
animation, with the help of a tripod and the
correct artificial lights. I would use a
character (of any material - wood/felt/hand
painted) and lie it flat on various A3
backdrops.
I would research famous
animators such as Pixar,
but also less know
animators, for technical
ideas and inspiration.
I would also create a poster and review.
The poster could simply consist of one of
the images from the film, with the title and
colours all similar. The review would be
from a critics perspective, meaning I would
create a survey and show people my film
and ask them what they thought.
4. Idea 3
My final idea is based around brief 2. I
would create a trailer for a new film, a film
magazine front cover featuring the film and
a poster for the film.
I would have to firstly think of a
genre for my film, as this would
decide on the rest of my
coursework. I would have to
continue the genre throughout the
poster and magazine front cover.
I would need actors and
therefore microphones, and
also a film camera and
possibly a tripod.
5. Overall, my film wouldn’t need a script or
actors, however I will use cinematography
techniques and creative ideas to make it
interesting. I will create a survey to gather
information on what my audience think and
what they think the advantages and
disadvantages are.
Thank you :-)
