Audience/public Due to it being in a public
location, we may have some
problems with people walking
past
1/10 1/10 In order to keep the situation of filming under control, we
have chosen an underpass that is very isolated being away
fromany formsof publichousing.Furthermore,we willalsobe
filmingatnight when it gets dark, so not many people will be
out at this time walking around the fields by the underpass.
If we do happen to have a situation where a member of the
public looks like they will come by us when filming, we can
inform them that we are filming for a school media project,
however, if there is a case where we are asked to leave we
would do and return when it is more appropriate. Due to us
wanting to film at around 8pm this shouldn’t be a massive
issues and should be easy to resolve if there is any small
problems.
Costume/make-up Any Make-up in which we use
may cause an allergic reaction,
this can be the same for the
material on the costume.
1/10 2/10 When it comes to make-up and costume, everyone who will
be wearingthemwill be askedif theyusuallywearmake-up, if
they’ve ever had a reaction from it and if they are allergic to
anythingwhichwe can them check to see if it is inside. This is
similartocostume,asif theyare allergic to wool for example,
we wouldmake sure there wasno wool includedonwhatthey
would wear.
Especiallyasthere are youngerchildreninvolved (14 – 16 year
olds), it is best to check with parents as well and take contact
information in case of a severe reaction towards the product
used.
3. Heights Falling off the ledge of the top
of the bridge when filming.
2/10 3/10 The chances of this happening are extremely slim. This will
only be used once when recording the over-head shot. It is
essential thatwhenlookingatfilmingonhere thateveryone is
safe whether it be on the bridge or underneath.
Night Operation Not being able to see other
people or objects in the way
6/10 2/10 When it comes to filming during the night, it will be dark
meaning it will be harder to see. This means that it will
become easier to fall over things,
4. Roads Driving on the road and night
and in the cold when roads
could be icy and skid, or not
seeing cars come round the
corner near our filming area
6/10 1/10 When it comes to roads we assume that everyone is wary of
road safety and understands the dangers especially at night.
Whilst there is very minimal filming to be done on the road
other than the short footage of the car pulling up to the
underpass.

the cold, falling and tripping
over potholes in the ground.
