3. THE LIBRARY The Negros Maritime College Foundation Inc. Library is located at Airport Area Sibulan Negros Oriental. Began its operation and services on 1994, founded by Capt. Edith A. Vera. The Library now holds more than 5,500 volumes of books on various subjects and maintains the subscription to local and foreign serials. 15. BORROWING POLICY General rules: Library user should present their school I.D. before borrowing books, periodicals and other library materials (Non- transferable). Alumni of NMCFI must secure permission from Vice President for Academic Affairs. Negros Maritime College Foundation Inc. Library

18. BORROWING POLICY CON’T. DAMAGED/LOST BOOKS AND OTHER LIBRARY Damaged or lost item must be reported immediately to the librarian and to be replaced or paid within 30 days. After 30 days, charges are computed and forwarded to the Accounting Office upon the consent of the concerned patron.
