2.  Most computers will be upgraded remotely

 Computers will be upgraded the dates that
are advertised
◦ You won’t be contacted right before it happens
 Groups of computers will be upgraded all at
the same time

3.  Upgrading the operating system this way
means that we’re completely re-imaging
your computer
◦ All data is removed
◦ All software is removed
◦ There will be changes to your profile – new profile
◦ Some older peripheral devices may not work
◦ Some smaller/older software may not work
