Chef Keidi will present a number of delicious dishes from
the collection of 110 healing food recipes. The audience
will sample juices, smoothies, appetizers, snacks, soups,
entrees, side dishes, dressings and deserts from the book,
which has a strong emphasis on exotic spicing as well as the
idea of Food As Medicine. We will demonstrate various
tools used in our Living Food kitchen laboratory and how to
get our kitchens set up with the machines, spices and
gadgets that make living food preparation successful.
Copies of Living Superfood Recipes and DVD’s will be available for sale for $20
We will meet in the Hall of Maat at 10 AM, and begin sampling and preparing the
following delicious menu:
