largest freshwater
lake in South East
Asia and is an
ecological hot spot
that was designed as
a UNESCO biosphere
in 1997.
The area is home to
many ethnic
Vietnamese and numerous Cham communities living
in floating village around the lake.
Tonle Sap Lake has 6 provinces around it. These
provinces have a lot of attractive sites, rich of culture,
food that can satisfy you, all of you want to see, stay,
or eat. However, the livelyhood in Tonle Sap are very
importand to the benefit of culture and resource so we can
enjoy like eco-tourism that is a good experience and real
practise.

northwestern
Cambodia. With

it. In the city, there
are traditional,
Apsara dance
performances, craft shops, silk farms, rice paddy

the Tonle sap lake, temples, and mountains that being
a popular tourist destination, has a large number of
hotel and restaurants for all class. You can go to Siem
Reap by air(international air port) especially by land

Ankor Wat. The temple
of Angkor Wat in
Cambodia is widely
considered one of the wonders
of the world and it is a world
heritage locates 7 km from
province town. It built at the
beginning of 12th century by
king SORAYAK Varman 2
(1113-1152).

8. Bakong temple is the
most impressive member
of the roluos group,
sitting at the center of
the first Angkorian
capital (15 meters tall and
650x850 outer wall). The

Baksei Cham krong temple- a towering 12-meter tall

9. Banteang Kdei
temple is a mysterious
temple. There is no
record of why it was
built-or by whom-
because no marker
stone with that
information has ever been found. Its name means „The
citadel of the monks‟ cells‟, but that does not necessarily
indicate its function. What is known is that Banteang Kdei
grew by amalgamation from
a small site to alarge central
temple with its own enclwure
wall that protected a large
city.

Banteay Srei is built largely of hard
red sandstone that can be carved
like wood. The temple is known for
the beauty of its sandstone lintels
and pediments. These factors have
made the temple extremely popular
