• He is born on July 16,1954 
in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. 
• He worked as labor in Brick 
Industries in 1972. Also they 
sells vegetables in day 
hours. 
• He is also good in study, so 
that the teacher sometimes 
called him to teach other 
children.
• He born in poor family but he don’t like to live as wretched people. 
He always think about how to become a good and dignitary. 
• He work as labor in rubber factory in 1975 in Bhavnagar. 
• He started diamond work shop in Bhavnagar for polishing the 
diamond stone in 1980. 
• Earlier, only 6 workers worked in workshop and the assorting work of 
diamond was done by Bhagatbhai as a part time from his labor work 
in rubber factory. 
• Because of his hard work, rationality and honesty , Large number of 
workers work in his work shop. 
• Now, about 25 workers work in his workshop and he become boss of 
them.
Great management lessons from Bhgatbhai 
Gohel. 
• sense of ‘do it yourself’ 
• He does not wait for infrastructure to be created to support his 
operations. He goes out and builds it himself. 
• knowledge that he knew and cared for what his worker was going 
through, and that he was there for Them if needed him, worked 
wonders for confidence. 
• When he helped someone, he never ever breathed a word about it to 
anyone else 
• "Expect the unexpected" just might have been coined for him.

• "It's difficult but not impossible!" 
• Whenever a task seemed too big to be accomplished, he would reply: 
" No is no answer!" Not only did he dream big, he taught all of 
workers to do so too. 
• His favorite phrase "dream with your eyes open" 
• Miracle not actually occurs , Hard work is only true in man’s life. 
• He did not breathe a word about profits, nor about becoming the 
richest 
• A by-product is something that you don't set out to produce. It is the 
spin off when you create something larger.
Success 
• Success in attaining that goal will eventually ring in the cash. For 
instance, if you work towards creating a name for yourself and 
earning a good reputation, then money is a logical outcome. 
• People will pay for your product or service if it is good 
• Sounds too simplistic for belief? Well, look around you and you will 
know exactly how true it is.
