- Everyone can rest easy my goal today is not to encourage you to have Lotus Forms tattooed on your bodies. Todays session is about looking at some tools which can help maintain users satisfaction of your web channel, be that employee, customer or business partner focused. At the end of this session I would like to start the conversation with you about these web channels and to become part of your community.
