1. Energy reduction from lighting usage.
2. Promote best practise in lighting design and light art for
quality after dark city experience.
3. Promote dark city skies. People in cities require a
connection to the natural environment.
8. Vision: To identify and measure (where possible) significant
environmental, social, economic, and cultural criteria relating
to the light festival event.
