Forman for a little over nine years. “I love working for Brown-Forman because our
employees have a strong passion for the work they do and have a sense of pride working
for Brown-Forman. In the Talent Acquisition space, I love the fact that we get to seek top
talent for a variety of functions and levels; one day I’m recruiting interns and the next day
I’m seeking high performers in Sales and Marketing. I have been fortunate to work with
two iconic brands: Coca-Cola and Jack Daniel’s (hence my profile picture of Jack & Coke!).
One of my greatest accomplishments at Brown-Forman was being involved in the team that
created the Charmer Development Management Development Program, that is now in it’s
