 About Alegios We are a group of experienced consultants specialised in Organisational Innovation and Change  We see our role as catalysts for accelerating change – both in design and deployment of change Our intent is to set new standards for organisational innovation and progressive adaption to changes in business and society
The Founding Partners SørenJakobsen Background Soren established his own consultancy company in 2005 specialising in strategy deployment, organisational effectiveness and team development.  Soren has previously worked with Right Management and PA Consulting Group in France, Germany and the UK.  Brief In addition to his management consultancy positions the past 15 years, Sorenhas also worked within the IT industry for period of 3 years holding a management position for mid-size IT consultancy company. Soren is well founded in the financial, pharmaceutical and public sector both also on an international scale. Soren holds a master degree in management from the European School of Management.  Core competencies Strategy development and deployment Organisational development and effectiveness Team Management development Change Management Claus Maron Background Claus was General manager for the Nordic region of Right management and part of the firms global executive group and managing director of Kjaer & Kjerulf. He has previously worked with Accenture (Denmark, France, Norway, Finland, USA), Bossard Consultants (France)  and Kjaer & Kjerulf (Denmark) Brief In addition to his many years in executive positions, Claus has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant working  internationally and across several industries.  He holds a master degree of engineering and operations research as well as economic studies at bachelor level. He is a member of VL7 and several company boards Core competencies ,[object Object]
