In each country analysis of the situation described in
climate change relevant documentation and the resultsclimate change relevant documentation and the results
obtained during interviews and discussions using a set
of questionnaires prepared on mitigation, adaptation
and communication related issues. (All countries
visited by the key experts during the inception phase)
A qualitative assessment is carried out by assigning a
