3. one - simple is better
think about it. when was the last time you took 99 steps
to get to a solution? it didn’t feel great, did it. and you
never quite made it past step 9.
4. two - 3 bucket rule
evaluate your business activities every day, every hour,
in the moment – what could you automate? assign to
someone else? what essential tasks must you act on?
5. three - people over process
it’s not even really about the process. it’s the people on
the other side of the process that matter. how is your
super fabulous system working for them?
6. four - once and done
the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over
and over again…and expecting the next time to be
easier. it could be, if you only had a template.
7. five - big impact, big win
do the things that make the biggest impact. stop
spending 80% of your time on all that small stuff that
won’t even matter in a year.
8. six - plan to be productive
what kind of task management plan do you use? GTD?
sticky notes? Evernote? if you don’t have a plan, your
to-do list will burn you out…fast
9. now that you’ve read this
what will you do next? share one action item with me
on my Facebook page. just 1 is all you need. keep is
simple, remember?
