1. WORKSHOP – EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK
1. PART Teamwork - rules – values
Each student is going to figure out and make list of 5 rules – values that he / she thinks are important and
necessary for a team work.
Then they are going to make pairs, compare their lists and they have to agree on 5 common rules – values.
Teacher should make sure the pairs are not from the same country.
Next step for each couple is to find another couple and go through the same routine - compare their lists
and they have to agree on 5 common rules – values.
A group of four people is to make a team with another four-people group and again - compare their lists
and they have to agree on 5 common rules – values.
The four teams of 8 students have to put the final values on the paper but not in words. They have to
express them by symbols.
Finally each team has to present the meaning of the symbols and reasons for choosing the rules and values.
2. PART – Presentation of a chosen country
Each team has to decide which country they would like to go to. Then they are going to prepare a 15min.
presentation in which they have to state and present:
- reasons for choosing the country
- transport
- accommodation
- program of the visit
IMPORTANT!
They must proceed with using the 5 rules – values that they have agreed on as a team in the first part of
the task. It is up to them how they divide roles in the team for solving the task.
